Next Door Detailing

At Next Door Detailing, we take pride in delivering high-quality results and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of detailing services, all sales are considered final once the service has been completed.
1. Service Satisfaction
If you are not satisfied with your service, you must notify us within 24 hours of completion. We will gladly inspect the vehicle and address any missed areas at no additional charge.
2. No Refunds After Completion
Because detailing is a labor-based service and cannot be reversed once performed, refunds are not provided after service completion unless deemed necessary at our sole discretion.
3. Deposits
Deposits (if required) are non-refundable within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
4. Results Disclaimer
While we strive for the best possible outcome, not all stains, scratches, odors, or cosmetic defects can be fully removed. Results may vary depending on the vehicle’s condition.
5. Pre-Existing Damage
Next Door Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

Scratches

Paint chips
-
Faded or worn trim

Torn leather or fabric

Electrical issues
