Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-Existing Damage

Clients acknowledge:

• Scratches, stains, worn trim, cracked leather, etc. may already exist.

• Not all stains or odors are guaranteed to be fully removed.

2. Personal Belongings

• Client must remove valuables before service.

• Next Door Detailing is not responsible for lost/damaged personal items.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment due upon completion.

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable within 24 hours of booking.

4. Satisfaction Policy

• Concerns must be raised within 24 hours.

• We will correct any missed areas at no additional cost.

• No refunds once service is completed unless agreed upon.

5. Weather Policy (If Mobile)

• Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

6. Liability Limit

• Liability limited to the value of the service provided.
