Terms and Conditions

1. Pre-Existing Damage
Clients acknowledge:

• Scratches, stains, worn trim, cracked leather, etc. may already exist.

• Not all stains or odors are guaranteed to be fully removed.                                     *We do our best to get your vehicle as clean as possible, but 100% removal of all stains, salt, sand, pet hair, odors, and embedded debris is not guaranteed. Final results depend on the vehicle’s condition, age, wear, and level of buildup. Some issues may be permanent or may require extra time or additional services.*

2. Personal Belongings

• Client must remove valuables before service.

• Next Door Detailing is not responsible for lost/damaged personal items.

3. Payment Policy

• Payment due upon completion.

• Deposits (if required) are non-refundable within 24 hours of booking.

4. Satisfaction Policy

• Concerns must be raised within 24 hours.

• We will correct any missed areas at no additional cost.

• No refunds once service is completed unless agreed upon.

5. Weather Policy (If Mobile)

• Services may be rescheduled due to unsafe weather conditions.

6. Liability Limit

• Liability limited to the value of the service provided.
